They gave me a chance to interview for a role I didn't have a lot of experience with. They were focused on testing my abilities and my potential , which was very nice. The home assignment was cool (creating API for getting data about Marvel actors), and not exhausting. Also, they agreed to give me my salary expectation, even when the market was in a tough time.
