The recruiter was decent up until the end then it began to feel passive, however the process felt long and drawn out over time for no reason. It felt mutual in person but after having to constantly follow up over weeks of time, it led to a bad lasting impression on the team and organization itself which made me become uninterested in the process overall. The team really should work on a better candidate experience and audit their interviewing process, people shouldn't have to wait a weeks to a month to hear back, that's absolutely ridiculous esp. for Vevo.
