Entretien
I had 2 rounds of interview, first with a local manager in the Manila office and another with a counterpart in Denmark. The organization work in different matrices depending on your role. My role was a global function so I had two managers - one in Manila (for admin purposes) and one in Denmark (role-specific).

They asked about my work experience and checked on my proficiency on the tasks in the job description. There was no technical exam
It started with HR Interview (initial interview) then Technical Interview wherein they asked about SAP related questions and some behavioral questions. Lastly, Final Interview (job offer) with the Project Manager and Team Lead.

Entretien
1. 30 min phone meeting with HR in Poland. Basic screening and salary expectation, why Vestas etc.
2. 3 weeks later 30 min meeting with HM regarding cv, position.
3. Logic test online
4. 1 hour interview with HM, presentation skills, more about position
5. Hogan test online
6. Interview planned with HM and HR but only HM
present. Talked about personal skills, Hogan test result not in yet.
7. Email, no offer because other candidate had the edge.
