Vestas uses HireVue to conduct their interviews in lieu of an actual recruiter calling to chat. For someone who isn’t neurodivergent that may be fine, however, for those of us who are autistic the process was a nightmare. After completing I sent the recruiter an email letting them know it was submitted and apologized if my answers were unclear and asked that he send me a message just letting me know as I would be happy to discuss. I never received confirmation from the recruiter via email acknowledging my message nor did I ever receive a response regarding the HireVue interview that took me hours to complete. As it has been over a month and the position is still posted I don’t expect to receive any correspondence. Unprofessional.
