Phone/zoom interview with manager. Typical tell us about yourself and how you would fit. In person interview. More of the same. Then nothing. Got ghosted after 3 rounds of interviews. Had to email HR 3 times and copy all the managers/employees I talked to for them to finally send an automated "thanks for applying" email. Complete lack of respect. Could have at least apologized for the delay.

The ordinary interview process, it was not so stressful. First started to describe the process and then I was asked to talk about myself and how I fit to the position.
