Ca. einen Monat nach meiner Online-Bewerbung erhielt ich einen Anruf aus Dänemark mit der Bitte um Rückruf. Ich bin davon ausgegangen, es handele sich um eine Rückfrage bzgl. meiner Bewerbung. Stattdessen wurde direkt am Telefon ein 20-30 minütiges Interview durchgeführt ohne Ankündigung, dass dies Zeit in Anspruch nehmen würde. Glücklicherweise konnte ich simultan einen anstehenden Termin nach hinten verschieben.
Nach diesem ersten Gespräch erhielt ich die Information, dass ich weiter wäre und in der nächsten Woche ein weiteres Telefon-Gespräch anstehe und ich in diesem Zuge eine Einladung für Online-Tests bekommen solle.
Nach drei Wochen erhielt ich daraufhin eine Absage mit der Begründung mein Telefon-Gespräch wäre nicht gut genug gewesen. Nach bitte um Erklärung wurde mir dann von der betreffenden Sachbearbeiterin lediglich mitgeteilt, dass alle anstehenden Gespräche fertig wären.
Meines Erachtens wirkt dies sehr unprofessionell und zeugt nicht von Respekt, wenn angekündigte Gespräche unbegründet abgesagt werden und angekündigte Gespräche nicht beachtet werden.

Overall quite challenging due to the number of applicants, but questions asked are generic interview questions. Prepare thoroughly and show passion in your interview as they look out for ambition and drive but also good communication.

Applied online. Then raven test with shapes and patterns. Then a personality test. Then video interview. Then online teams meeting with a recruiter discussing the personality traits I showed on the test. Afterwards assessment center in Aarhus. At assessment center 2 group case studies and 2 individual cases.

Group case study. Safety issues found in a warehouse. suggest 3 actions to fix safety hazards and make sure they are not temporary solutions and will be continuous.
First CV screening, then there was a video interview with five questions, then the personality test and the raven's test, and an interview with HR. The last step was the assessment center at the offices, solving a case in groups.
