Entretien
It was a pleasant interview experience overall. The first stage is a 30 minute phone call with the hiring manager who asked me a series of motivation and competency based questions. Prior to the interview I had been told that little preparation was needed, but I feel that the questions definitely required more than just a little, so I am glad that I had prepared thoroughly. I was then sent a task to complete within a few days.
I applied online. It was a relaxed and friendly process where you do have a pre-interview, carry out a task and then have a follow-up interview with some of the Verve team.

Another phone call to understand about my experience and interest in market research
700 applications narrowed down to the top 10 applicants
Graduate applicant day (for 10 finalists) from approx 12-5pm:
Began with a presentation and meeting some of the older graduates
Interview with a team member
Individual written task, pulling out key points from a research project
Group task to present findings of research project to team members
