Initial screening call with the line manager and another colleague, mostly focused on my own experience and asking questions to gauge my ability. It didn't feel super friendly at first as they were quite aloof. Second stage was a technical assessment on Testlify covering Hubspot knowledge, some questions were out of date but that's down to the platform. Third stage was a in-person case study presentation to a panel with Q&A - much friendlier and engaging this time around. Special mention to the Head of Talent who did a great job of organising the whole process, was supportive throughout and offered detailed feedback.
