Gave all two rounds and recruiter took ages to respond and completely unprofessional. A candidate invests lot of efforts too to give the interview. If he is unsuccessful just let him know, why make him wait for endless period? Unacceptable and unprofessional conduct of the recruiter in letting me know if I am unsuccessful. Dont go on resume shopping if you are unwilling to hire please.
