The recruiter called me from Canada and it was a TERRIBLE connection. I could barely hear her, as it sounded like a collect call. She had no emotion & there was no conversation. She barely told me about the position & didn’t ask any interview questions. She grilled me on why I was leaving my company in a short amount of time. I could tell she didn’t like my experience, but you don’t have to be rude. The candidate experience was horrible! Don’t waste interviewers time. Also, I never would’ve moved forward with this company after an interview like that.
