Pretty standard, interview split in three sections with 3 interviewers - maturity - behavioral & teamwork - slightly more technical and focused on my resume Interviewees very nice and easy to talk to, really looking for soft skills since controls is not a super common point of technical experience, and they really wanted to see how I would mesh with the team, and handle the new technical content of the job.
