There was an initial phone interview. Then there were two assessments, one that was a personality kind of assessment then a cognitive assessment that I don't think was the actual Wonderlic but was very similar. There was then a skype video chat with one of their recruiters while you took the cognitive test again. That was followed by an on site interview with some general interview questions, then a whiteboarding session.
