First, you will receive an invitation to take a criteria cognitive aptitude test and personality assessment (keep in mind that you are not allowed to use calculators or any other resources to complete this test). If you make it past this step, you will be asked to retake the test (not necessarily the same questions) while being observed by a member of their recruitment team via video conference to verify that you are indeed the one taking the test and that you are adhering to the test guidelines. If you make it to the next step, you will participate in a telephone technical interview where they will go over your resume and ask you technical questions related to programming concepts (intermediate level concepts). Finally, if you make it to the next step congratulations, will do an in-person white-boarding interview with 2-3 software team managers that lasts about an hour (mine took about 50 minutes - I had people ahead of me whiteboarding, however, I noticed that I was the only one that got a tour of the building after my meeting - it could have been just a coincidence). Two days later I was given an offer.

I was sent an assessment to complete, after completing it I never heard back. Seems like they're just posting ghost jobs for the Denver area and are not actually interested in hiring. Would not recommend spending time submitting an application.
