Entretien
I applied online through the company website. I received an email to set up a date for a telephone interview with a few days period. The hiring manager was very friendly and asked me a few questions about my skills and experience while also encouraged me to ask questions from her. In fact, I asked her more questions than she interviewed me. After the interview, I contacted her within a week's period. She replied to me that they decided to move forwarded with a more experienced candidate.

Entretien
Very open, welcoming process. A quick first call from a nice HR lady, open conversation and a little detail on where an applicant came from and what they want from a job. Then onto another nice video interview with a great guy (in this role) with open discussion and out of the box topics, not the usual bland stuff.
