Entretien
A 30 minute introductory phone call about background and qualifications. I inquired about the fairly negative interview and job reviews on Glassdoor, specifically as they related to the nepotism of the executive team and the overall lack of diversity at the organization, and was given a copy and paste answer about how we are all learning, nothing changes overnight, etc.

Entretien
I was found and reached out to via LinkedIn by a Talent Coordinator who was my main point of contact throughout the hiring process.
My first interview was with a Talent Coordinator and the VP, Talent. We touched on my educational background and previous work experience as well as culture fit and alignment to organizational goals.
The final interview was with the Director of People Operations and the VP, People Operations. This was a deeper dive into my specific qualifications and I answered a number of behavioural based interview questions.
