Had a phone interview with someone from HR. It was very casual and they didn't ask me a ton of questions. While they had posted the ad saying that it was a position for EA to the CEO and office manager it sounded more like a glorified receptionist position. They didn't ask me any relevant questions and spent a lot of time talking about how they were excited to have the position filled so they could stop covering the position (they were helping out with some of the "office manager" duties).
