When I arrived the interviewer was unprepared, seemed distracted or disinterested, and informed me that the starting salary for all new employees was 31K because "they have been burned like 20 or 30 times by people that couldn't do half of what they said they could do". The interviewer asked if I would be okay with that starting salary (under 50% of the local market value) and I said no. He shook my hand and wished me well. That was teh best part of the interview.
