Recruiters proactively reached out to me on LinkedIN to schedule time, I responded within 48 hours and then never heard back. Sales folks from the company reached out & connected proactively on LinkedIN- I accepted and sent a note explaining I was interested in joining the company- not a word back. Everyone seems young; under 40 and I'm further along in my career so it begs the question, was age a deciding factor....I don't know for sure but nothing else really makes sense.
