They contacted me through Hired to set up an initial phone call with the recruiter. After that call they gave me a take home assignment. I completed the assignment and was then outright rejected with no feedback. If somebody takes the time to complete an assignment, after already passing the initial phone screen you could, at the very least, provide detailed feedback explaining where they fell short.
