Fairly simple but challenging especially if you are not a good interviewer. Everything is online and virtual unless they call you back. (And I have nothing else to really say glassdoor is making this difficult with having to type 30 word minimum.)

A customer is complaining that they have not received a promotional credit for a product that they traded in, but as you look into the issue you see that the product was damaged and thus not eligible for a credit.

The interview was conducted virtually. It was for the customer service position. Mostly I was questioned about how I would handle various scenarios, for assisting clients. I was asked some real world examples and asked to handle them.

Lengthy and the paperwork is extremely confusing to fill out and submit. Thank you. But other than that really nice people. They hire through a 3rd party called Rose International…. Very helpful people
Unprofessional interview, and unfair. Being bilingual and many years of customer service experience they decided to pass due to many years of experience. The interviewer also looked unorganized and was bias.
