Recruiter will contact you for a thorough interview right away if you have the necessary skills and background. From there a hiring manager will set up multiple interviews with the team to see if you are a fit. Not sure why this process can be delayed up to 3 months or longer but they seem to like having back up candidates hanging on. Definitely not worth your time and I found the process to be discourteous and phony.

Some interesting interview questions which are more personality focused and reflective than performance focused.
