Virtual interview process, around a 40 minute interview, personality test, typing test, multiple choice questions that are somewhat hard, all timed, than a voice only interview with pre recorded questions.

The interview was conducted virtually. It was for the customer service position. Mostly I was questioned about how I would handle various scenarios, for assisting clients. I was asked some real world examples and asked to handle them.
