J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Verizon en oct. 2014
Entretien
Applied online at verizon.com/jobs/campus. Received an email from recruiter and scheduled a phone interview. Discussed college education, short/long term goals, and some work experience on resume.
Then, they flew me out to Dallas (which was awesome) for two more interviews, put in me in a hotel for the night, and flew me back the next morning.
One interview was a second behavioral interview, the other was more technical. For the technical interview, my interviewer explicitly stated he was going off-script, so YMMV.
No trick questions or coding tests.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Discuss a time when things didn't go according to plan. How did you react/what did you do and what was the outcome?
Discuss a time when you stepped into a leadership role.
Talk about your experience with coding languages and projects you've worked on.
The interviewer was very rude . Asked what I know and what I do not know and deliberately asked the topics I mentioned I didn't . Wrapped up the interview in 15 minutes

Easy and quick, started with an email out to their recruitment team. Got an email back and arranged interview. Then received an email back within the next week saying the result.

first contact was with a recruiter. Then an interview was scheduled with two managers. Pretty standard interview questions “Describe a situation where you…”. Just a little bit of googling before your interview should prepare you for these kinds of questions. Then there was some technical questions They weren’t real hard, But one of them I wasn’t super comfortable talking about, especially with people who definitely did know what they were talking about, so I just said I’m familiar with the concept, but I don’t know enough to explain it.
