The interview process took around a month. I applied and a few days later I received an assessment which took over an hour. It included agree / disagree questions, typing accuracy and a short pre-recorded interview. After completing that I received a phone screen and the next day an interview with the HM. I received an offer a few days later.

The interview was conducted virtually. It was for the customer service position. Mostly I was questioned about how I would handle various scenarios, for assisting clients. I was asked some real world examples and asked to handle them.

Lengthy and the paperwork is extremely confusing to fill out and submit. Thank you. But other than that really nice people. They hire through a 3rd party called Rose International…. Very helpful people
Unprofessional interview, and unfair. Being bilingual and many years of customer service experience they decided to pass due to many years of experience. The interviewer also looked unorganized and was bias.
