Applied for position online. Received a call to schedule an interview three days later. The phone interview lasted about 45 minutes and we went over my resume and experience. Recruiter was very nice but a little difficult to hear at times. He was very thorough in explaining the hiring process. After I passed the phone interview, I was given access to a preboarding interview in which I had to fill out some documentation and schedule a drug test. Scheduled my in person interview with the Store Manager who was very nice and easy to talk to as well. Asked to sell her something from her desk. Was told I should receive a notification within a week about my status; however it actually took about two and a half weeks to be notified that I was hired on a Friday and would start training the next Monday.

The interview lasted about 45 minutes, and the questions were based on my knowledge of the brand, technology in general, behavioral styles, also what if scenarios and her views of the culture

Entretien
I applied online and passed the online assessment, I then did a video interview and after had to wait a while until I was contacted for a job offer. The interview consisted of STAR scenario questions which were all fairly easy. Once I got the offer they started the background check which took 8 days to clear.

Entretien
There were three parts to my hiring process. 1. The recruiter called me and asked me questions. 2. I spoke to the Assistant Manager. They asked me standard questions and we role-played a standard sale. 3. I did an in-person interview with the General Manager. We also did a role-play as well. BE PREPARED FOR THAT.
