Applied online - over a month later received an email to schedule for an initial phone interview.
1 week later got called by the store manager for a 1 on 1 interview.
1 more week later got a call for a 3rd interview over the phone.
It's been over 2 weeks and haven't heard back.
The process seemed disorganized and they leave you hanging for long periods of time.
Whole process can take well over a month, is stressful, and upsetting when you don't hear back - not even a "position has been filled" email.

The interview lasted about 45 minutes, and the questions were based on my knowledge of the brand, technology in general, behavioral styles, also what if scenarios and her views of the culture

Entretien
I applied online and passed the online assessment, I then did a video interview and after had to wait a while until I was contacted for a job offer. The interview consisted of STAR scenario questions which were all fairly easy. Once I got the offer they started the background check which took 8 days to clear.

Entretien
There were three parts to my hiring process. 1. The recruiter called me and asked me questions. 2. I spoke to the Assistant Manager. They asked me standard questions and we role-played a standard sale. 3. I did an in-person interview with the General Manager. We also did a role-play as well. BE PREPARED FOR THAT.
