Initial interview is phone, then you take a test at the location (computer based), then you get another phone interview and finally you interview with a manager at the call center location.
They schedule them back to back so the whole process takes about a month. They schedule their call center jobs in batches as they have to have a certain amount of people to start in a group.

Uses the star method for a portion of the interview process. Also, would present you with two scenarios and role play scenarios. Scenarios would be sent out to you via email prior the interview to practice.

It was pretty standard. It was virtually done since I applied for a WFH position. The role play process was ok, but definitely different than your standard STAR method process. But other than not it was fine

The interview was through blue jeans and you’re asked to do two role playing scenarios, on camera. They provide you with the information prior to the interview. It was really fast and I heard something back a week later. The onboarding process was tedious, my start date got pushed back so many times. That’s the only thing that I would say was complicated
