Entretien
Applications must be submitted online, first interview is always done by a Human Resources representative. After that it moves to the location manager and district manager in a joint interview. After the interview process, which can take up to 2 weeks, if an offer is made their is a background check and drug test that must be completed. Total time from application to hire can be as long as 1 month.

This question will vary from manager to manager, the Human Resources questions are a standard from in the STAR (Situation/Task, Action, Result) format. None of these are tough. The manager can create their own questions, or ask you to do a mock sale.

The interview lasted about 45 minutes, and the questions were based on my knowledge of the brand, technology in general, behavioral styles, also what if scenarios and her views of the culture

Entretien
I applied online and passed the online assessment, I then did a video interview and after had to wait a while until I was contacted for a job offer. The interview consisted of STAR scenario questions which were all fairly easy. Once I got the offer they started the background check which took 8 days to clear.

There were three parts to my hiring process. 1. The recruiter called me and asked me questions. 2. I spoke to the Assistant Manager. They asked me standard questions and we role-played a standard sale. 3. I did an in-person interview with the General Manager. We also did a role-play as well. BE PREPARED FOR THAT.
