Phone screen followed by an in person interview with two separate managers. Very nice people but they were just there to write down responses to behavioral questions and they were not the one making the decision on whether or not you would be hired. A random person in HR reads the papers and makes a decision. Was told the decision would be made within a week, I called a month later to find out I was not hired.

The hiring process was very lengthy. Here is the timeline of my process: applied in August, selected for recorded video interview in September, in person/panel interview in October and received offer towards the end of October.
