J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Verisys (Sandy, UT) en oct. 2013
Entretien
It depends on which team you interview for. There are two or three teams that are led by different people. The Python development teams tend to use whiteboard questions and puzzles in their interviews. The Ruby/Rails team does not. The interview consisted of a 90 minute interview with the team lead and various members of the team. The Rails team seems more concerned with personality and culture fit than they are about skills, though both seem important to them.
I hired on with the Rails team and they are awesome.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
I interviewed for a Ruby on Rails position. The most unexpected part of the interview is that I wasn't asked any whiteboard or puzzle questions at all. The lead of the Rails team is adamantly against whiteboard questions and thinks they are a "stupid and worthless waste of everybody's time."
