I had a bad experience today during my interview at Verisure. I came to the office and both managers did not welcome me very properly. When I said that I am from the Netherlands they did not seem happy. I Will leave the bad remarks. No welcome, no drinks and no introduction. Immediately asked me questions regarding KPI's and teamleadership. After his questions the other managers started to tell me that we were going to do some roll playing. Oke. after the first Round, he told me that I did not managed that properly and that I would not be a good fit. He gave me a second chance, after 1 mistake I was out for him. I felt very uncomfortable and felt there was a lot of tention in their communication - not open and not transparant. I felt I did not have time to answer my questions or even get to know the company. After 8 minutes they already made up their mind. I have been doing this for 10 years and have never felt disrespect like this before. I really hope they will change their approach to other participants. I gave them this feedback, that I would have liked to have an open discussion and room for questions, but it seemed that this was their approach.
