My interview went really well. It wasnt too long winded and the questions were very good. The interviewers made me feel at ease and welcome. I felt like I could be myself and felt very comfortable

During my interview I had to complete a computer and written assessment in order to show that I am able to respond to customers and i know how to use a computer system. We also talked through questions with the interviewers about how I would handle certain situations.
