Had a phone interview and was then asked to come in. Met with HR and he set up a paper pencil exam that tested some logic, coding, statistics and actuarial concepts; some of the questions in my opinion were poorly explained which made things harder for the wrong reasons. Then, met with 2 experienced actuaries. This honestly was the rudest interview I ever went on. They undermined any of my past experience, claimed I was wrong when quoting what other actuaries had said about the profession, and basically outright saying I didn't know what I applied for. Then, there was was a continuation of the paper/pencil exam. The next interview was with three younger employees who were much more friendly but it really didn't matter at that point.

Job screening and rounds to get to typical interview process. As long as you understand and articulate well shouldn't be an issue. Get to know the culture at Verisk and see how your skills fit in.
Wonderful people and culture.

The first two rounds are the phone interview and assessment test. They will contact you if you have good result on the test.Didn’t pass the third round which is the Teams interview. The hiring manager didn’t show up, the actual team member do the interview questions.

Applied online after being scouted by a recruiter. After a couple of days, I then moved on to a video interview. Once I moved forward to the final interview (4 people), I had to do a pre-interview assessment which consisted of basic calculations and critical thinking questions.
