I applied online and was told by HR that the hiring manager specifically was interested in my candidacy and background. During the initial interview with HR (screening), they asked about my experience specifically in Healthcare and expected pay range. I gave very clear answers and somehow received an email a few days later with these exact same questions. After spending hours on a requested portfolio, HR says they were moving on to other candidates who had Healthcare marketing experience. Talk about a circle of confusion for a candidate! Get it together Verato! Your CMO clearly has a fixed, finite mindset and your HR team is confused at best and wasting valuable time. Not a good look.
