I applied online in March and the whole process took a month. Eventually they told me NO. I talked with 4 people and in terms of interview they didn't asked me a single question. They were talking all the time and told me that this is a kind of informal interview. In my opinion if you are not asking question to candidate how would you decide to reject them.
