They took the time to explain the company history and culture, the job, and other pertinent details. Shortly after this interview, I was scheduled to speak via telecon with the CEO. He was engaging - giving me details about the position and his expectations, and asking questions about my background and experience. There was a delay in the process due to a contract date change, but I was informed. I felt that I got an offer as soon as could be expected under the circumstances.
