Over 30 days!. The recruiter is one of the worst I have ever worked with. Did not return emails, nor did a single follow up call after any of the 3 interviews. I have worked in tech, talent and delivery for over 20 years. This is "by far the worst interview process and recruiter, I have worked with in many years". Each interviewer repeated the same questions over and over. There was no leadership preparation "at all". The people were "nice", but they just didn't seem to have a plan! Seemed to be week from a leadership perspective. Be very cautious; when there isnt a defined plan, or clear goals, that is a big red flag... I ended up selecting another offer from another competitor. Interestingly enough, a direct competitor to this company, which is why I accepted the other offer....
