I attended an assessment day at Veolia which was seemless and an overall incredible experience. The assessors that were present were extremely welcoming and made the entire process feel very comfortable. They were helpful, well-organised, positive, and a delight to talk to. We performed 3 activities during the day which began at 10 and ended at 4 in the afternoon. The first individual activity was a sales scenario for which we had to develop questions with aim of winning the business of an example organisation. The second group activity was a team building exercise where collaboration and communication were key. We were provided with free lunch and refreshments throughout the day which was a pleasant surprise.
