Interviewed by phone after submitting an application and doing an online numerical and verbal reasoning test. The interviewer interacted with the answers given by asking what I learned from each experience and really gave me the chance to try and prove myself. Gave a good timeline afterwards of when I would hear back and when the assessment centre would be if I were successful. The interviewer was very friendly and informative.
