I had applied for a Associate QA Analyst (Entry Level) position and a recruiter contacted me from Ventyx asking if I was still open for the position and I was willing to take up a written test because I was still searching for jobs. I prepared and gave in my best for the online test. It has been over 2 months and I have been calling and emailing the recruiter to find out if I had cleared the written test. Even if the candidate is not selected, isnt it a good process to send a courtesy email that the canditate has not been selected (or am I demanding a lot from the corporate recruiter ? ). What is worrying me is when I check the linkedin profile of the corporate recruiter it shows that the recruiter has switched companies after initiating the application process. I am trying and I will still try to get the right person to know more about my test.
