Very easy interview - almost anyone could have passed it which does concern me giving that this is a mental health support service - you’d think this would be more specialist

Interview process was relatively straight forward. Questions about managing risk, types of abuse for clients, GDPR. Two interviewers. Told me they'd let me know by Friday but never contacted me. I chased twice via email and via telephone and no one got back to me. I asked for feedback from interview and still no response.
