Same hilarious approach, requesting authorisation to record the call initially for quality reason -without quality communication- only to measure the speed of the standard questions (previously confirmed by the way in the CV). *Advice for candidates with experience as required in the job description: Don't answer to the question with too much years of experience (even if it's on the CV :D) the recruiter will stop immediately the call with a "thank you, we will keep this information..." and similar situation in another call when I answered to the question of my age =D, call stopped immediately. There's no discretion of discrimination about recruiting people with experience without to much years, so it's understandable the recruitment based in low salaries ;)
