I was contacted by a recruiter for this role. When I expressed interest, I was quickly connected with the recruiting team as well as the hiring manager. I had a phone screen with the hiring manager, which was a pretty standard conversation about my experience and career goals. I enjoyed the conversation and appreciated that they shared some constructive feedback with me. Unfortunately, I never heard back from the company after the call. Not even an automated message to say I was no longer being considered for the role. This leaves a really poor impression of the company's recruiting practices.
