As a previous recruiter, I feel that the initial screen for the position was a little lax and too informal for the scope of this position. Interviewer was professional and accommodating to scheduling issues. Had to wait 15 minutes at 1st interview and 20 minutes at 2nd interview. Is this their tactic for trying to make a candidate nervous? Seems to be previous experience as previous reviewer. Empty lobby during business hours. 1st Interview was 2 hours, included tour of facility and explanation of corporate culture. 2nd was a panel interview from team and was approx 1 hour. NO follow up from management or team members after thank you note, email and phone call. Team and management friendly, however, no follow up or feedback was given. No matter how busy or seemingly how much of an inconvenience, always thank an applicant for their time and interest in the position.
