First interview was a 30 minute chat sharing my background and learning about the position and team structure. The follow up would have been a take home screening test with no programming to complete in about an hour. It would involve going through test case scenarios and for them to understand candidate's way of thinking.

After going through a tedious process of 6 interviews and an OA, they rejected me without giving me a reasoning. I wouldn’t suggest wasting time applying for this company. Interview process is straightforward and everyone was kind. However, it spanned over 2 months due to scheduling on their side.
