The interview and selection process for professional services is a total scam, they play with you emotionally, put in a long Interview process over 2 months and if you are selected they give you menial tasks with 14+ hours of work daily, work of 3+ resources.
Total 5 Rounds
1 -Introduction: Where the Hiring Manager will talk for 45 mins about the Company & Complete Interview Process, convince you to join only their company and not consider anything else.
2. Case Study : They will give a Case Study of Gift Box & ask to develop an application & give a demo & presentation,they will give you 1 week to prepare,where you sacrifice your weekends & time after work & prepare this presentation, turning out to be 3 weeks wasted.
3. Job History: After you clear the Demo round then they ask you about your past experiences and insist on why you left your previous jobs & also Why Veeva, again and again and again.
4. Why Veeva : Again 1 hour draining round bluffing about their Company Values.
5.First 20 Years Round : Again asking stupid questions about your school & college and playing mentally.
So far no technical questions & and the whole interview took 2 months ,its really a waste of time interviewing for this company.
They make fake promises & whole process is a Scam.

Several rounds, which included a candidate exercise. They were very interested in the personality and cultural fit, along with technical skills and experience. Overall the process was well organized and I enjoyed the experience.

What are the trends influencing pharmaceutical organisations?
Not bad, 2 technical rounds followed by manager round. HR will call to make final salary negotiations. Mostly the salary is on par with market. You need good negotiation skills to get good package
