      Several rounds of interviews that took multiple months. All virtual. Had a phone screen with HR in May, video interview with 'peer' (same level as job I was applying to), another video interview, and then the 30-hour project interview and demonstration in August. Big waste of time. While I appreciate how thorough this process was, it was kind of crazy to expect people to do a 30-hour project for an entry-level position, especially when there wasn't much benefit for either party. The project is to configure something within their internal system, but many of the hours is just figuring out how to use the system (which in my opinion was very antiquated and not super user friendly). I guess this is an accurate portrayal for what the job would entail, which was somewhat useful from the applicant perspective, but I think there would be a way to shorten this kind of project while still getting the same benefit for both the applicant and company. I got positive feedback on the project presentation and it seemed like I was going to get an offer. Meanwhile, I got a job offer from another company. I communicated this to Veeva HR (that I was on a deadline) and was asking where I currently stood in the process. She said that I got positive feedback on my project demonstration and that I would just need to talk to a hiring manager (or someone similar, it seemed as a formality) before getting to the offer stage. I also at this time communicated my salary expectations, because of the offer I had from another company. After stating the number I was after (which was higher than the salary I'd seen for Veeva but not completely unreasonable), the HR person simply said that they do not think we were a good fit (no counter offer or statement of what they typically offer). It ended there and I realized I dodged a bullet. Salary seems very low for the job and it seems like they give people the title of 'consultant' to make them happier with the low pay. It doesn't seem like the job really offers that much power or autonomy to entry level.

      long, 6 interviews to get rejected after a personality test as the final round. The second round was a technical assessment, after which I had 4 more rounds with different people asking me pretty similar questions.

      It was informal, quick and friendly, interview was around 30-45 minutes. Interview was given before the personality test. Personality test was quite exhausting, long and difficult. Replied to emails very quickly.

      First step HR interview was a good experience. Recruiter was very friendly. 45min long - talking about your motivation for the role, your background, how you align with the role. I didn't get to the next stage because I didn't show enough alignment with the role.
