Initial interview was a call with a hiring manger. He was very nice, personal and casual but the actual questions were a little bizarre -- much more priority on broad questions about tech and consulting than about the job/company. From there, however, came the assessment. They recommended spending 30-40 hours on it in just a week. I don't think it would've been *that* hard, but it was impossible to allot that much time for a second round interview while being a full time student. Also, the actual work in the assessment was very, very bland. I ended up pulling out of the process before completing the assessment.

there's this new personality test that wasn't there in the previous year... pretty basic but also i find it silly to use this as a metric of value. i didn't get past this because i think i kept overthinking the test. just answer honestly and consistently.
