I get communicated by one of their recruiters through LinkedIn. After 1 week my recruiting process has been started. I had 3 calls and 1 evaluation test, so far so good. All of my calls went great and the test was super easy to perform but after that never received any reply from their side. I almost tried to contact them 3 times. This all process already took me 3 months at the end they discard my application because of some organizational changes. I found this time consuming and not a fair decision. companies shouldn’t engage applicants too long if they are sure that the position is ready to fill then only they should start interviewing the candidates.
