Don't waste time for the interview, I don't think they really want people. And definitely they don't know what respect is. I had a great first-round phone screen interview with a hr staff, then I was told to be passed to the second-round technical interview. The hr staff told me that the team who provides this position will contact me in a week to have technical interview. However, I didn't hear back from them for three weeks since the first interview. I sent a follow-up email then was told they picked other candidates, without explaining anything. I really doubt the job post is just a fake one, they have already got someone from the internal before posting the job. I wasn't even know whether the interview is ongoing or not, until their replied my second follow-up email and told me a candidated was picked. I didn't even have a chance to discuss technical things. This company just treat applicants like monkey.
